Microwave microsystem design for communication and sensing
The Microwave to Millimeter-wave (M2M) Lab is the home of state-of-the-art equipment. We fully characterize devices from 10MHz-110GHz, either on a wafer, using a probe station, or through coaxial interface. Our single-sweep VNA allows wide band and narrow band characterization. Integrated DC bias offers the option of full DC voltage application from 0-200Volts.
