Princess Margaret Cancer Centre; IBM Life Sciences Discovery Centre; Jurisica Lab

University Health Network, Toronto, Ontario
Area(s) of Expertise

Research at the Jurisica lab focuses on integrative computational biology and the representation, analysis and visualization of high-dimensional data to identify prognostic/predictive signatures, drug modes of action and in-silico re-purposing of drugs. Our interests include prediction and analysis of protein interaction networks, modelling signaling cascades and high-throughput protein crystallography.

We have published extensively on data mining, visualization and cancer informatics, including multiple papers in Science, Nature, Nature Medicine, Nature Methods, J Clinical Oncology, and have been cited more than 7,545 times since 2010. Jurisica has been included in Thomson Reuters 2014 list of Highly Cited Researchers and The World's Most Influential Scientific Minds: 2014 Report.
