Flow cytometry, mass cytometry, cell sorting and analytical flow cytometry services and instrumentation
We provide access to state-of-the-art analytical flow cytometers, mass cytometers and high-speed cell sorters and cell separators. Facility staff members operate and maintain the instruments, assist researchers in protocol selection and development, and train students, post-doctoral fellows and technologists how to operate the analytical cytometers and how to use data analysis software. In addition, we provide phospho-flow analysis, flow cytometry acquisition services and data analysis services.
The SickKids-UHN Flow Cytometry Facility also has a location at The Hospital for Sick Children’s Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning (PGCRL).
