Multi-modal live and fixed cellular imaging

Areas of expertise

Cell-imaging modalities include live and fixed cell imaging, DIC, various fluorescence methods, including total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF), fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), 3-D deconvolution and photoactivation. Additional capabilities include microfluidic analysis of cells under liquid shear.
