Areas of expertise

The Core Molecular Biology and Genomics Laboratory (CMBGL) provides services in genomics and molecular biology, serves as a research training site and provides access to advanced molecular/genomics equipment to the faculties of Science, Social Sciences and Engineering. Our facility remains competitive in Ottawa in the offer of external services for digital droplet and quantitative PCR, a technique to measure gene expression with broad applications. We provide training on various equipment and bench space within the facility.
