What the facility does

Functional genomics and study of embryonic development in large mammals.

Areas of expertise

The facility quantifies and profiles RNA, DNA and protein samples by means of microfluidics (Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer) and performs microdissection using an infrared microscope system (Arcturus PixCell IIIe).
