Marine microbial genomics and biogeochemistry
Areas of expertise
The gene expression system allows the detection of up to 800 genes in one sample and requires very little handling of the samples besides standard nucleic acid extraction. The instrument has a dynamic range of approximately 7 orders of magnitudes and can handle preserved tissue, small sample size.
