Research that relies on biophysical instrumentation for discovery and cross-validation of lipid ligands and small molecule drug leads for proteins, memteins and native membranes.
Areas of expertise
Molscreen offers access to a suite of biophysical instruments, training and analysis to screen and cross validate interactions of lipids, proteins and drug molecules. This allows the measurement of their binding affinities, stoichiometries and ligand specificities for water-soluble and membrane-associated proteins and macromolecular assemblies using native nanodisc and styrene maleic acid lipid particle (SMALP) technology.
