Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy in the analysis of complex biotherapeutic molecules
The work of the laboratory focuses on the development of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) based methods for the assessment of novel recombinant protein therapeutics, subsequent entry biologics (biosimilars) and polysaccharide vaccines. Other areas of expertise include the determination of the three-dimensional structure of recombinant protein therapeutics; and the application of NMR techniques to characterize glycoprotein-based therapeutics such as glyco-conjugate vaccines and monoclonal antibodies
Researching the application of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy to identify and characterize structures of recombinant protein therapeutics and polysaccharide vaccines.
