Proteomics Resource Center

University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario
What the facility does

Provides large-scale proteome identification (including PTM) and quantification analysis, targeted analysis of proteins, and has a platform setup for efficient metaproteomics analysis

Areas of expertise

Our laboratory develops and applies new methods for the analysis of minute levels of proteomics samples. We specialize in protein identification, quantitative proteomics, and post-translational modifications. In recent years, our lab has developed methods and a platform for metaproteomics profiling.

Research services

Proteomics services for the research community; we also participate in research collaborations.

Protein identification from gel band or in solution, post-translational modification (PTM) analysis from gel band, large-scale protein profiling of complex protein mixture, extended raw data storages, and bioinformatic analysis.
